Wallhanging using a wide variety of native and exotic woods. Up to 31 separate pieces of solid wood each 10mm thick and of various widths make up a picture 295mm x 985mm. The wood is mounted on a backing board that allows the artwork to be hung horizontally or vertically, and to stand proud of the wall. Due to the variation in wood types and styles, each of these pictures is completely unique. No wood dyes or stains are used. It should be noted that the colours of some of the woods may change over time, adding interest and a degree of interactivity to your artwork. Two of these are currently available for sale.
